A Leading-Edge Bank Experience in Caracas
Banco Mercantil is the second largest bank in Venezuela and is headquartered in the capital, Caracas. Founded in 1917, the bank had positioned itself as a forward-thinking and future-based brand. The bank sought to put forth a flagship branch that represented a new customer journey.
Gilmore Group integrated the new brand into the concept branch designs, beginning with their headquarters.
BrandVission, a strategic partner in developing this new brand experience concept, redesigned the core identity that enclosed all touch points for the physical customer experience (such as the wordmark, brand mark, colors and fonts).
We conceptualized the flagship's user experience, which included a comprehensive Kit-of-Parts: furniture, furnishings, materials and finishes, digital communications, and millwork components.
