Firmenich asked Gilmore Group to create a new concept for Bath & Body Works stores that would deliver a holistic "modern apothecary" experience to their customers.
We reinvented a shopping experience by organizing the store in regard to the selling of a unique fragrance which accentuated "try me" interactions. We developed a sensory-based customer experience via scent pods and a test bar. Complementing these interactive experiences were feminine-inspired design elements.
The result was a store concept set to evolve Firmenich in Bath & Body Works locations beyond the traditional perfumery experience.
