As an amalgam of banks that were purchased by CIT, OneWest Bank wanted to develop a consistent, strongly branded physical network built for the future. OneWest Bank asked us to help optimize footprints, improve operational efficiency, and increase awareness in Southern California. Additionally, they wanted to move from being known as a "rate bank" to a "relationship bank."
Additionally, we developed a modular branded Kit-of-Parts to provide flexibility as their network continues to evolve.
