Before starting Gilmore Group, Arthur worked at some of the leading design and branding agencies such as Henry Dreyfuss, Teague, and Interbrand, in managerial and leadership positions.

18 years ago he founded Gilmore Group, synthesizing the key areas of brand strategy, design, and technology into one organization. The company has developed into one of the most respected multidisciplinary, strategic design and branding agencies in the world.

Financial services clients have included: Bank of America, Capital One, Wells Fargo, and Santander for major transformation programs. Other clients have included BMW, Honda, American Airlines, Thai Airways, Gulfstream Aerospace, Textron Aviation, and Walgreens.
