Visionary and brand designer Arthur Gilmore has always been on the cutting edge of the design industry, with more then 40 years of experience managing design programs for leading brands around the world.
Before starting Gilmore Group, Arthur worked at some of the leading design and branding agencies such as Henry Dreyfuss, Teague, and Interbrand, in managerial and leadership positions.
18 years ago he founded Gilmore Group, synthesizing the key areas of brand strategy, design, and technology into one organization. The company has developed into one of the most respected multidisciplinary, strategic design and branding agencies in the world.
Financial services clients have included: Bank of America, Capital One, Wells Fargo, and Santander for major transformation programs. Other clients have included BMW, Honda, American Airlines, Thai Airways, Gulfstream Aerospace, Textron Aviation, and Walgreens.

Sandra has managed and implemented branding programs for a broad range of multinational companies. Her career has spanned two decades during which she’s honed her creative vision, strategic tack, and collaborative spirit. At Interbrand and Siegel & Gale, she produced world class design solutions for American Express, Apple, Sony, Microsoft, AT&T, and Motorola. In spite of her senior roles, she is recognized very much as a hands on, inspiring, and energetic wellspring of creativity.

Philip Gilmore is a strategist, researcher, and operations manager at Gilmore Group. His experience includes filling strategic and operational business roles for client programs with Textron Aviation, Sterling National Bank, Bombardier, Duke Energy, CIT One West Bank, and Walgreens. Philip has managed the out-of-home media network for Walgreens Boots Alliance in New York and Las Vegas as well as overseen content creation for new in-store marketing venues. In 2015 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, majoring in Communications and Germanic Languages and Literatures.
Philip is an expert communicator and is proficient with several design, production, and management software programs. His familiarity with AV media systems, IT, programming, as well as with modeling programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and manual drafting, has enabled a hands-on approach style to working with the team of multidisciplinary designers.

With 40 years of start-up, turnaround, and operational experience, Dan brings his focused strategic guidance to Gilmore Group clients. The financial services, medical technology, and sports/entertainment industries comprise the primary markets within Dan’s career. He held senior leadership positions as CEO, COO, and SVP Marketing and Sales.
As an independent advisor, Dan has brought his insights and wisdom to Fortune 500 companies as well as early-stage enterprises, disruptive technologies, and re-structuring businesses, both domestic and international.

Crystal is a Pratt Institute graduate with a BFA in Interior Design. Her previous work experience was with Judy Ross Textiles. Working as project manager & interior design director, Crystal is both highly organized and extremely efficient. Whether she is managing a project or designing a space, Crystal makes sure the entire team is on the same page and moving forward. Crystal has a broad skill set which she applies through a range of software programs.
Crystal has led branch transformation for Santander, Sterling National Bank, MB Financial, Sovereign Bank, CIT One West Bank, Maspeth Federal Savings, and others throughout the financial services industry.

With decades of graphic design and branding experience, Chris Gorney helps companies build their brands through simple, strategy-focused solutions. Chris’ career began in NYC at Ruder•Finn and The Sterling Group where he spent seven years working on campaigns for Novartis, First Brands, Domino’s Pizza, and Quaker Oats, among others. A position at John Ryan Company gave him a look into the world of retail merchandising where he was the lead designer for Chase and Mellon Bank. Nurturing relationships forged at John Ryan, Chris continued his foray into retail designing complete systems for Callaway Golf, Gateway Computers, and Home Depot. In addition, he led the design of Lunds & Byerly’s private label packaging and in-store communication systems. Today, Chris continues to work with companies both large and small in a wide variety of industries, including transportation, and is creating branded experiences though packaging, environments, websites, literature and whatever else might fit into a given solution.

Irene Chin is the Director of Business Operations at Gilmore Group with 15 years’ experience in operations and accounting. She has worked with the some of the “Big 4” accounting companies doing merger accounting, auditing, and has worked with other global accounting organizations. Irene has an MBA in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix with further pursuits of accounting certifications and education. Beyond being a New York Public Notary she is also Red Cross Disaster Relief certified.

Clay Johnston began his Internet career in 1993 starting Primenet, the second Internet provider in Phoenix, Arizona. He spent the next 8 years working with a variety of Internet companies managing web projects and launching dozens of sites in the early years of this industry. Clay made his move to Minnesota working for Internet Broadcasting launching and maintaining web sites for local television stations around the country. Specializing in WordPress development, and Content Management Systems, Clay has a history of working with creatively to develop world-class web sites.

Pamela is a client-facing account executive for Latin America & Mexico as well as a research facilitator with a background in systems engineering from the Technical University of Monterrey. At Gilmore Group she has worked extensively on research and strategy development for Banorte. Pamela has acted in a project management capacity for various Financial Services programs and continues to develop Gilmore Group’s brand presence through speaking engagements, most recently with students at her alma mater in Monterrey.

Olga Katrib has developed and promoted the Gilmore Group lines of business in the Middle East for over a decade. She has helped facilitate design and experimental branding programs in the Kingdom of Bahrain as well as in the United Arab Emirates, working with Gilmore Group on programs such as the Bahrain International Airport, Bahrain World Trade Center, Dubai Sports City, and Dubai Metro. Olga graduated from Alba: Université De Balamand and applies her knowledge of design to Gilmore Group’s continuing strategic endeavors within the region.

Theo has 25 years of experience advising financial institutions and government agencies involved in the financial sector. He has served clients in the U.S., Mexico, Central America, The Caribbean, Oceania, and Europe. Theo's areas of expertise include corporate planning and business unit strategy, retail banking, debt collections, small business banking, channel management (branch, call center, online), customer experience, profitability measurement, performance reporting, organizational design, and expense management, among many others. His clients have included banks (global, major nationals, mid-size, specialty), government sponsored enterprises and agencies, credit card issuers, private equity and venture capital firms, online banking service providers, various startups, and others.

Bob is an effective communicator, especially when it comes to Bank Leadership teams, ensuring that his strategies, goals, and objectives are clearly understood and aligned with Senior Bank leadership objectives.
