Design next-generation branches that clearly express the Trustmark brand, and reduce operating costs by incorporating technology.
Solution
Gilmore Group developed Trustmark’s new conceptual direction with a fresh mix of signature elements and modern design features. We developed a new digital strategy and reinforced the role that digital played within the space, using it to build better brand awareness, to be dynamic & engaging, and to drive the customer to action. In addition, through the implementation of interactive teller machines (ITM’s) operating costs were reduced while staff-assisted service increased and improved.
Results
Success has been seen from a branch analysis perspective. For example, the Fondren branch has, in subsequent years to the new design being implemented, has seen an increase of more than 58% in its annual deposits. (Source: FDIC)
